Mount Tom was founded in 1955 on the grounds of the J.C. Leyendecker estate. For over 50 years, thousands of children from Westchester and New York City have benefited from our excellent programs, caring staff and safe environment. As we have grown and improved, the key aspects of our camp have never changed. Mount Tom is still a warm, encouraging and nurturing place.
