Join our Championship Team!
The key component of THE MOUNT TOM DIFFERENCE is our “Championship Team” of administrators, group leaders, counselors and activity specialists. These individuals have been hand-picked by the directors to provide our campers with the most successful and enjoyable camp experience ever. They’re mature, responsible, energetic, caring and enthusiastic role models who help our campers make friends, learn new skills and increase self esteem while having an incredible, fun-filled summer.
We’re especially proud of the large percentage of returning staff members, many of whom were campers here. They bring with them a love of Mount Tom and the desire to create the same positive camp experience for the next generation of Mount Tommers.
Who are we?
Since 1955, Mount Tom Day Camp has served families from Westchester and New York City by providing children (ages 3-15) with the most caring program in the greater metropolitan area.

But what makes us unique is our incredible staff. Year after year and even decade after decade, directors, specialists, counselors, waterfront staff and group leaders return to Mount Tom to help our children play, learn new skills, make new friends, discover their talents and just have fun.
