Leaders in Training

This specially designed program prepares our oldest campers, completing freshman year of high school, to begin the transition toward becoming staff members.  The program consists of three main components:

• Mornings are spent assisting younger campers within their group or one of our specialty areas
• Leadership training covering topics such as Child Development, Behavior Management, Effective Communication, Interview Skills, Team Building and more…
• Participation in some of our most popular activities, daily swim and weekly trips
